Kelechi Amadi, Product Manager
Kelechi joined TDI in December 2023, bringing 5 years of Product Management experience in the data driven B2B space. Prior to TDI he was part of the original product launch team at Smallholdr, taking the startup from 0 to multiple client installations in 8 countries. Kelechi also brings over 10 years of experience in UX design & product design from the education, agriculture and environmental sectors. Kelechi is passionate about sport and user experience and gets to combine these passions in his role at TDI.

Henry Ellison, Sr Operations Manager
Henry Ellison joined TDI in October 2021, bringing more than six years of sports broadcasting experience with Hawkeye Innovations and Crescent Comms.

George Gannon, Challenger Tour Lead
George joined TDI in April 2025, bringing over 17 years of experience in production, broadcast, streaming, and sports content delivery. Prior to TDI, as Senior Operations Manager at IMG/Endeavor, he oversaw the delivery of the ATP Tour, US Open, and Roland Garros, while also managing the production and distribution of the ATP Challenger Tour.

David Lampitt, CEO
David Lampitt joined TDI as CEO in January 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from senior roles within the sports industry. Following nearly a decade in football with The FA, Portsmouth FC and Supporters Direct, Lampitt became Managing Director of Sports Content & Partnerships at Sportradar, a global leader in sports data, content and technology. Lampitt helped shape the commercial and strategic development of the sports data market, as well as being part of the leadership team that successfully completed Sportradar’s IPO in 2021.

Rebecca Lewis, Joint Head of Legal
Rebecca joined us from global gambling operator Bally's Group. Before that she worked in Bird & Bird's leading media, entertainment and sports group, where she was a key part of the team that advised on the foundation of TDI. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience from the gambling, sports, broadcasting and digital assets sectors.

Ellie Orme, Service Delivery Manager
Ellie joined TDI in April 2024, bringing experience from Supercars Championship and Chartered Accountants ANZ in operations and data analysis. Recently relocated from Australia to London, she excels in transforming onsite efficiencies and leading strategic projects. Known for her collaborative approach and being a reliable sounding board, Ellie joins the team to continue to drive innovation and growth at TDI.

Matthew Sutton, Operations Director
Matthew began working for TDI at the beginning of 2021 as its first employee. Before joining TDI, he worked at ATP Media as the Head of Business & Media Systems, and previously with Avanade (Accenture & Microsoft) as a technology consultant & delivery lead to some of the world’s largest companies.

Mike Sykes, Sr Project Manager
Mike joined TDI in March 2025 with 16 years' experience in sports broadcasting, leading graphics, live data, and technology projects for major sport federations and global broadcasters. He played key roles in BT Sport’s graphics delivery for eight years and with the launches of MLS for Apple, Saudi Pro League, and Amazon Prime’s Champions League AR and graphics brand. Mike brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to complex projects, ensuring seamless delivery under pressure while collaborating closely with creative, technical, and client teams.

Anthony Taylor, Head of Product
Anthony joined TDI in January 2023 bringing over 15 years of experience in sports betting & Tennis-driven data roles. Previously worked for some of the worlds largest betting operators, helping to shape how data is used to develop sports betting products across the industry.

Jonathon Thorpe, Head of Commercial
Jonathon joined TDI in September 2022, as a sports media specialist with 20 years of experience in media rights sales and acquisitions across the broadcast, digital media and betting industries. Prior to TDI, he served as the Commercial & Product Manager of Live Streaming and Sports Data at Kindred Group PLC for the Unibet and 32Red brands. That role followed more than a decade at the likes of Racecourse Media Group and IMG Media.
